The ability of the Foundation to respond to the increasing financial need of the college students in the community depends, more than ever, on the support of individuals, groups, organizations and businesses in the Attleboro community.
The widening gap between the dream and reality of higher education has long been recognized by the Attleboro Scholarship Foundation, Inc. Since its founding in 1948 by a public-spirited group of local men and women, this community-driven effort has been guided by a powerful mission: “No qualified Attleboro graduate of any high school should be denied the opportunity for higher education due to financial need.”
Located in Attleboro, Massachusetts, the Foundation continues to support local students through its interest-free loan program and the administration of numerous scholarships.
The scholarship and student loan program is available to students attending accredited institutions of higher learning.
The Attleboro Scholarship Foundation administers many of the scholarships awarded to students in the community who are pursuing college, university, or technical school educations.
The Attleboro Scholarship Foundation carries on its work by providing Interest-Free Loans (application) to worthy high school graduates.
